On the bike, he takes guests along small country roads and to sweeping viewpoints, and he knows the area like the back of his hand.
When he is not out on the route, he takes care of the agricultural side of the farm, where he ensures with calm and overview that everything works as it should. And if an extra pair of hands is suddenly needed elsewhere, Kim is never far away – he also steps into the kitchen with the same natural ease as he does everywhere else.
